I had been looking for a particular style of shoe for a while, and came across Lem's online. They had a style that was almost exactly what I had in mind, so I decided to give them a shot. Ordered the shoes, and they shipped promptly and I received them in a timely manner. The shoes are high quality, sized appropriately, and I am very happy with my purchase. Fast forward a couple weeks and somehow the stitching on one of the toes somehow started to come out. I sent them an email via their website and got a response the same day. After a couple correspondences, they determined I was eligible for a replacement pair of shoes under their warranty. Less than a week after I first noticed the problem, the replacement shoes arrived on my doorstep and I was able to donate the original pair. Its refreshing to see a small company committed to quality and outstanding customer service. I will definitely continue doing business with them!
Recently I purchased one of their items, and I posted a three-star review on their website due to a major flaw as outdoor-oriented shoes (I could have given one-star but the shoes are marginally comfortable so I chose three-stars). But the review never went online. So, I guess they limit the number of negative reviews posted on their website so that the overall review trend to be highly positive.
I generally don't trust a company that fills reviews on their website only with positive reviews because I feel it's unfaithful to customers. So, I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering.
They are not good at responding to enquiries and no phone support available.
The heel of the shoe is rounded at the bottom so makes for unstable walking with the risk of twisting you foot easiliy.
Their shoes are decent, although they seem to be getting narrower over time which is hugely disappointing because the minimalist shoe market is oversaturated with incredibly narrow shoes and has absolutely no truly wide options, but the real reason I came here to write this is because of the experience I've had with their customer service. Caleigh is one of the meanest people I've had the displeasure of exchanging emails with, and I didn't even come to her with a particularly difficult problem--I just had a question about their products and she went seemingly of her way to be rude to me, avoid answering the question I asked, contradicted herself, refused to clarify the contradiction, and ultimately did not provide an answer to my question. I've heard I'm not the only person to have a bad customer service experience with her specifically. Kind of sad that so many good people are unemployed right now while people like her still have jobs. I wish they didn't have the dwindling market so cornered because I dread the idea of buying from them, having some sort of actual issue, and having to interact with her again. Recommend avoiding this company if possible
Worst customer service ever: just hope that your package get to you, 'cause if anything goes wrong, you'll have to deal with rude, totally unkind, completely unhelpful and even mocking at you customer service..
So, nothing to say about the shoes, as I never received them, and I never felt that it concerned, event slightly, the customer service.
